Click Authority’s approach is certainly a different take on the usual click-fraud detection techniques. However, if your website or the ad(s) you have specified to have clicks on filtered through are relatively large, going through the reports could be quite time-consuming unless you have loosened the parameters quite significantly. Still, it may be an interesting exercise just to see exactly where ALL the clicks are coming from in a widespread fashion, although the actual value of what you may discover would need to be fairly high to wade through a report on even 10,000 clicks in a given month.

Three methods are used to filter clicks, using the IP address as the identifier. First, network traffic is monitored for the same computer/user clicking not just on your ads, but also on another Click Authority’s customers’ ads. The purpose is to have them “flagged in order for you to see if a referring URL has unique visitors or the same visitors over and over.”
