RivClick does offer free web-based tutorials, which may be helpful for the new PPC advertiser, but no link is available for them, probably until you become a client.
However, be careful if you are tempted to sign up for their free virtual tour. Once you have revealed all your contact information, you are sent to a “thank you” page telling you that “your query has been sent to the concerned person. Someone from our team will contact you soon.” – no virtual tour follows even though the button reads “Take a tour – Click here to take a trip to our virtual tour”.
I’ll update this review once I receive contact from someone at RivClick to let you know how long it takes to get access to a virtual tour. Generally, potential customers don’t like to have to reveal their full identity (company name, website, and phone number are required fields) to access a tour of the product anyway, and the company does not indicate anywhere that the “tour” will not be immediate (using verbiage that doesn’t strictly say the tour isn’t automatic, but strongly implies that it is).
Having taken hundreds of virtual tours of products (and rarely running across this complication), I can only hope that RivClick has a lighter touch when they make contact. There is much competition for click fraud detection these days and service providers need to be extra solicitous to potential clients if they want to keep them happy, not just with the product, but with service as well.
