Flexible Product and great service

We approached Advansys initially for a small scale project, during the sales meetings we discussed a great number of extra modules that were available or could be built that would make our jobs easier. The quote included these items as extras so we could see exactly what we were choosing. Once the initial site was built and running we decided to go ahead and expand on the site and add in some of the things that we had not asked for in the original project.

We’ve found the Advansys staff very helpful and honest in answering our questions and when we’ve asked for something a bit different from the system there is usually a solution available. In particular their aftersales support is very good and we’ve not had any problem that wasn’t dealt with quickly. In addition they let us know when new developments are available for our website and of the back of that we’re now looking at having our ebay store designed to match our website!
